You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; please check your carrier's website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, along with all delivered accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, must be returned to the seller. The consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days. This cooling-off period starts on the day after the consumer, or a pre-designated representative by the consumer, has received the product from the seller.

During the cooling-off period, the consumer shall handle the product and the packaging with care. He/she shall only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he/she wishes to keep the product. If he/she exercises his/her right of withdrawal, he/she shall return the product with all accessories, and if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging to the seller, following the seller's reasonable and clear instructions.

If the consumer wants to use his/her right of withdrawal, he/she is obliged to inform the seller within 14 days after receiving the product. The notification should be done via the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal manner, such as by email. After the consumer has expressed his/her right of withdrawal, the product has to be returned within 14 days. The consumer must prove that the goods have been returned on time, for example, by providing proof of shipment.

If the consumer has not expressed his/her right of withdrawal within the periods mentioned in sections 2 and 3 or has not returned the product to the seller, the purchase is considered final.
